Established in 1963, the Great Ormesby Village Show is a cherished annual event, proudly organised by a dedicated team of local volunteers.
The show provides a welcoming platform for residents, schools, clubs, and community groups from Ormesby St Margaret, Ormesby St Michael, Scratby, and California to showcase their creative talents.
With a wide variety of categories to enter — from baking and growing to crafting and making — there’s something for everyone to enjoy or take part in. Whether you're a seasoned entrant or a first-time visitor, the show celebrates the very best of local creativity and community spirit.

The Village Show opens at 2pm, with all exhibits on display for you to browse and enjoy.
Tea, coffee, and home-made cakes are available throughout the afternoon – perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends and neighbours.
Prize-giving begins at 3:15pm, celebrating winners from selected categories.
After the awards, stay for the raffle and the sale of exhibits – a fantastic opportunity to take home some delicious, hand-made or home-grown local produce!
